Miru Kim, gets naked with pigs for 104 hours – performance art

Miru Kim a New York based artist gets naked with pigs for 104 hours, lives and eats with them — Not politically motivated, and not really an animal rights protest either (although those two pigs were apparently spared from slaughter) , but mainly live performance art, as she calls it, “high art”.

She was inspired to create I Like Pigs And Pigs Like Me after reading French philosopher Michel Serres’s book Five Senses: A Philosophy of Mingled Bodies, which explores the characteristics of skin.

So many interesting, unusual and odd stories out there, it’s difficult to pick which ones to blog (reblog) about, although usually any thing to do with naked females gets priority.

She has gained notoriety for getting naked in other places as well, like abandoned factories, bridges and other places.

About My iPad and I

Me, my iPad and I, as well as my pocket camera, sometimes my Canon 40D, and usually with my wife in tow. I take pictures of things that interest me, such as cool cars, sunsets, flowers, and occasionally a simple restaurant review.
